Did you leave your training excited and ready to doula immediately? But in the same breath overwhelmed with all the moving pieces? Wondering what you should prioritize? Wanting to become more confident in your interviews, prenatal visits, and support in labor? Looking for ways to effectively process your doula-ing experiences to learn and grow from? You are not alone, and we are here to help! You are invited to take advantage of our exclusive coaching package to dive into birth doula work! We provide accountability, support, education, coaching and mentorship with both one on one and group cohorts. We strategically work on the elements of your certification package. Each personal touchpoint is customized to you and your needs. We can explore your purpose, passion and path, do a website review, create your elevator speech, customize your paperwork, practice interviews, explore required reading concepts, brainstorm how to integrate birth work into your world, client support and so much more!
These 6 month packages have been curated to keep cost to a minimum while you meet your doula goals and expand your skills! Monthly payment plans are available (your invoice will keep a running tally). Need more time? Just ask! My personal goal is to flood the area with highly trained and skilled birth doulas. I believe we can change the world one birth at a time! You can join anytime! Coaching packages may include:

Finding support and connections with group meet-ups, Q&A, book discussions, birth case studies and review and so much more! You may even find your perfect back up in the group!
1 on 1 Monthly Coaching Call (phone/online) 30 min
Initial call to say hello, explore your vision for doula work and where you would like to get started. This assists us in creating an action plan of success. Goal check ins, strategize next steps, practice finding your words, Q&A, reviewing materials, website overview and anything else on your mind! Unlimited text and emails between calls.

Are you a little apprehensive about taking on your first client? Or maybe this client's situation is more challenging than previous ones (especially medically complex clients). Wish you could have someone to talk things through with, create a plan and feel more confident? If so, this is the package for you! This gives you all access to me from interview to postpartum and everything in between. Together we talk through possible scenarios, things to consider for this client, recommendations, what to watch out for any questions you
(or your client) has along the way! It is a way to shadow an experienced doula without disturbing the
intricacies of birth--the shadowless shadow! This can also be reassuring for both you and your client so
you can feel confident in your support!
This package can be added on to any other package or done as a stand alone package if you want an experienced doula to support you (and your clients) all along the way. Expert client support includes:
1 on 1 Preparation Meetings (phone/online)
Three 30 minute meetings before your interview, prenatal visit and client's birth. This gives you a chance to prepare and feel confident before your client visits and their birth. I will share all of the things I would be thinking about in regards to your specific client's needs, including, considerations to be aware of due to medical/social/mental conditions, questions they can ask their provider, specific recommendations for birth plan consideration and setting up a game plan for labor. Text and email available as needed in between.
Unlimited Text During Labor/Postpartum
It is nice to have someone you can connect with during a labor for ideas and support. And while I cannot guarantee 100% availability, I will try my best.
Birth Processing and Review
1 hour meeting (phone/online) to walk through the birth you attended. I can answer any questions, identify areas of strengths, areas we can improve on and begin to process your experience. We identify items to focus on during your postpartum visit and what seeds of encouragement and accomplishment to begin planting for your clients. I can also provide resources you or your clients may need.
FLOURISHING
LEVEL UP! | 6 Months Program
Are you ready to grow your doula skills? Your business? Your services? Do you want to focus on a specific niche? Strategize with an experienced and successful doula. We will explore your current business, identify areas of challenges and strengths, discuss your ideal client, look at growth opportunities, prepare for a difficult birth, debrief your births, avoiding burnout, finding joy and so much more! This program is curated for experienced doulas who feel comfortable with the basics but ready to increase the complexity of the role.

Monthly Learning Labs 2hrs
Networking, sharing, presenting case studies, exploring topics, book reviews, etc.
Monthly 1 on 1 Mentoring Touchpoints (phone/online) 45 min each
Provides accountability while gaining insights. Each touchpoint is tailored specifically to you and your goals. Texts and emails in between.
Real Time Labor/Postpartum Support
It is so nice to be able to text/call a fellow doula on the way to a birth, ask questions, get a different perspective and cheer you (and your client) on! *Cannot guarantee I will always be available but I will do my best!
